Questions, problems or ideas for SoundBunk: email support@soundbunk.com. Tell us which phone you use and what happened, and add a screenshot if you can. We read every message.
Report a bug from the app
In the studio, open Settings and choose Report a bug under Support. The report includes what the app was doing, so it is the fastest way to get a problem fixed. Reports written offline are sent the next time you are online.
Report a user or content
Open the producer's profile, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Report, or press and hold a message to report it. Reports are confidential. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Privacy and account requests
To delete your account, open Profile, choose Edit Profile and select Delete Account. For anything else about your data, or if you cannot sign in, email support@soundbunk.com from the address on your account. Never send your password.

Tap the address to copy it, then paste it into your email app.
