Agreement
By creating an account or using SoundBunk, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these Terms in your country. A parent or guardian must approve use where required by law.
Your account
Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity from your account. You may delete your account in Profile, and we may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.
Your music and content
You keep ownership of music, recordings, messages, profile information, and other content you create. You grant SoundBunk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. You must have the rights to every sample, recording, image, or other work you upload.
Battles and voting
Battles are for creative entertainment. Do not manipulate votes, coordinate fraudulent activity, impersonate another person, or use automated accounts. SoundBunk may remove entries, votes, or results affected by abuse or technical errors.
Prohibited use
Do not post illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or spam content. Do not target minors, reveal private information, evade blocks or enforcement, disrupt the service, scrape users, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
Moderation
Users can report content and block accounts. We may review reports, preserve evidence, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that all user content is reviewed before publication.
Service and liability
The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, SoundBunk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost projects, or user conduct. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
