Information we collect
SoundBunk processes account identifiers, email address, username, profile details, social links, messages, battle chat, reactions, votes, uploaded audio, recordings you choose to share, project metadata, push-notification tokens, device and app information, and diagnostics or reports you submit. Microphone audio is used for recording features only when you grant permission.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate you; provide profiles, messaging, studios, battles, voting, uploads, notifications, and support; prevent fraud and abuse; investigate reports; maintain security; fix problems; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use private recordings for third-party advertising.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Content and logs may be retained for a limited period for backups, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Reports may be retained after account deletion with identifying information removed where practical. Public content may remain if another user lawfully reshared it outside SoundBunk.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, control permissions and notifications, remove shared beats, block users, and report content. To delete your account, open Profile, choose Edit Profile, select Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm. If you cannot sign in, request deletion at support@soundbunk.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information.
Children and security
SoundBunk is not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us immediately if you believe an account or personal information has been compromised.
